Harlon Leppo Wins at Lincoln Speedway!

Spring Grove’s Harlon Leppo became the fifth leader on lap 18 and went on to win the 20-lap Central PA Legends feature.

Leppo started third but watched polesitter Mason Chaney led the first three laps and Travis McClelland lead lap four. He then led the next 11 laps before McClelland slid under Leppo for the lead in turn two of lap 17. One lap later, Leppo made an identical move to re-take the lead, and crossed 1.12 seconds in front of McClelland at the end.

Bill Diehl caught Bob Stough at the start-finish line to finish third, with Stough and Chaney completing the top five.

Heats for the 27 Central PA Legends on hand were won by Mason Chaney, Travis McClelland, and Harlon Leppo, with Rick Hartwig winning the consolation.
